All Start-up Group Training Clients are required to complete a PAR-Q Form, (Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire), and waiver form.

CONDITIONING

This Group Conditioning PT session focuses on the key fundamental components to efficient body conditioning training. Conditioning Group PT sessions are designed to introduce participants to invigorating, challenging and varied modern day methods to cardiovascular exercise. Throughout this session, participants will use an array of different free weights, cardiovascular machines and equipment, challenging the body as efficiently and safely as possible. Here, we focus on raising the heart rate, with participants working at their own level of fitness.
