When you arrive at the gym, you’ll be greeted by your Group and Trainer for the session. You'll begin a dynamic and engaging warmup, getting you ready to tackle your workout.

The Workout Breakdown is where we dive into the exercises performed in today's session. You'll learn about the techniques required to perform each movement right. We believe in educating our members about the 'why' behind every exercise to foster a deeper understanding of their fitness journey.
