This Group Strength PT session focuses on the key fundamental components to strength training. Strength Day Group PT sessions are not designed to raise participants heart rates up like many HIIT style classes, but to focus on mastering safe and efficient weight training exercises. Throughout this session, participants will use an array of different free weights and exercises, challenging the body as efficiently and safely as possible. Here, quality over quantity is the real focus.
