Joel Thomas


Joel Thomas has been trained by some of the leading strength and conditioning coaches in the world of Rugby along his professional Rugby League career – The Fitness, Health and Well-being industry has always been part of his upbringing as a young athlete in France, where he grew up in Perpignan for 16 years. It is this knowledge, dedication and passion that reflects through into his training services today. Joel works with numerous clients from celebrities, athletes, to high profile clients in the Cotswolds. He welcomes every individual with every goal and level of fitness, in his state of the art gym in the Cotswolds. The Conditioning Centre Specialises in One to One Personal Training and Small Group exercise, with quality in mind over quantity.

Following government guidelines, strict Health & Safety measures are in place:

-All equipment is sanitized after each appointment.

-A 15 Minute buffer time is allocated in between appointments for disinfecting.

-All training is performed socially distanced.

-An on-site hand sanitizer station is available to use.

-A daily Gym deep clean schedule is in place.

-Passive ventilation is kept flowing daily.
